The Partnership for Roadway Electrification and Automation, or PREA, brings together an international contingent of universities, research labs, technology commercialization, and industry partners in defining and developing a new era of surface transportation. With members from Germany, New Zealand, Korea, and the United States, EDL is leading the activities of this partnership which is coordinating international efforts to build a collaborative research program; guide the development of standards and policies; and promote policy, outreach, and advocacy plans for an automated electric transportation system.
